BOXWOOD BLISS
This unique project brought structure and elegance to a multi-slope landscape using thoughtfully placed boxwoods. One hillside was transformed with a striking diamond pattern made from neatly trimmed boxwoods, each shape filled with soft white flowers to add contrast and charm. On the opposite hillside, a more natural layout featured boxwoods of varying sizes, creating a layered, organic feel. At the entrance, a few carefully arranged rounded boxwoods welcomed guests with a clean and timeless touch. The overall design balances symmetry and softness, making a bold yet classic statement across the landscape.
A BLANK SLATE
This new construction home started with a completely blank backyard, giving the homeowners a chance to create something that really worked for them. They wanted a mix of easy-to-maintain materials, so we blended artificial turf with decomposed granite and added simple stepping stones to connect the space. A pergola was added as a cozy spot to sit and enjoy the view, and we poured two separate concrete pads—one for their BBQ setup and another to keep trash bins tucked away and off to the side. The result is a practical, clean-looking yard that’s ready to be enjoyed without a lot of upkeep.

BACKYARD BLOOM
This backyard had a lot of potential, but the patchy, dying grass wasn’t doing it any favors. The homeowners wanted to breathe new life into the space with a natural, flowing feel—so we designed a curved flagstone pathway that winds through the yard, connecting the main patio to a cozy back corner patio with seating. To bring in texture and personality, we used a mix of plants, boulders, and even incorporated some of the items they already had, like weathered tree trunks and a collection of potted plants. The result is a relaxed, layered landscape that feels personal and lived-in, with plenty of charm around every corner.
WATER WISE
This front yard originally had a traditional grass lawn, but the homeowner was ready for a change—something more sustainable and easier to care for. We replaced the lawn with two contrasting shades of decomposed granite to add depth and visual interest, while keeping things low maintenance. Drought-tolerant plants were thoughtfully scattered throughout the space, bringing texture and color without the need for heavy watering. The finished look is clean, modern, and water-wise—perfect for a front yard that’s both practical and welcoming.

POOLSIDE ESCAPE
With a beautiful view and a pool already in place, these homeowners wanted a backyard that felt relaxing and easy to care for. We designed a low-maintenance, low-water landscape that blends seamlessly with the existing turf and pool area. Decomposed granite creates a clean, natural base, accented with drought-tolerant plants for just the right amount of greenery. A paved section was added to anchor their outdoor furniture—a perfect spot to hang out and take in the view. Stepping stones connect the turf to the seating area, making the space feel open, inviting, and ready to enjoy.
